I saw an article Women's World one day when I was looking for some collage pictures, and it looked interesting. It was an article about how your blood type determines your personality and ambitions. As a result I decided to post the article, though I will say right now that I did not write this. The article is by Gabrielle L. Gabrielle of Women's World Magazine. I repeat this article is NOT copyright of me. This article is copyright of Women's World and Gabrielle L. Gabrielle. On to the blood types...
Type O: Yours is the original blood type. Once, all Cro-Magnon people-who lived around 40000 BC-were type 0. They need to be ambitious and flexible in order to survive-and those qualities have been passed on to you, according to Blood Profiling, a research group in London. Full of confidence, you're not afraid to take risks, maintains Toshitaka Nomi, the blood type researcher and author of You Are Your Blood Type. And "since you can handle more stress than most people, you set higher goals and push yourself to succeed," adds Christiano. This makes you a natural-born leader. (That's why Japanese corporations look for O's to fill managerial positions.)
But you're not all work! When it comes to love, O's tend to be romantic and heart, and secretly craving candlelit dinners and bouquets of flowers.
Celebs with O: Jakie O (her name goes with her blood type) and Elizabeth Hurley
Type A: As Cro-Magnons evolved, they developed more society-building skills. That's when A blood types popped up-and along with them, the cooperative and friendly nature you have today. A natural team player, you get along with everyone. However, you reveal your true feelings only to those who have gained your trust, Chrisiano states.
"Just like your predecessors, you're a careful planner who's organized and meticulous," Christiano says. Known for your prudence, you often take the safe path rather than risk something uncertain. But try not to be over cautious, Christiano suggests: "This often leas Type A's to miss great opportunities."
A traditionalist in love, you most likely married a man (can you tell this is from Woman's World) who wants to split home duties along old-fashioned lines-you take care of the home while he provides for the family, says Christiano.
Celebs with A: Christina Applegate and George Bush Sr.
Type B: Traced back around 10000 BC, your blood type came about once men and women began migrating. As a result, your blood type ancestors developed the abilities that you're best known for-adaptability and independence, Nomi says. A free spirit, you dislike restrictions. This may be why "a high proportion of self-made people are Type B," he says.
In addition you enjoy being around people, and others love to be around you. Around friends, you'd rather listen to what everyone has to say before offering your opinion. "People can think you're being stand-offish, but time reveals you to be an intelligent, deep thinker; you're just waiting for the right moment to present you're view," Christiano asserts.
Celebs with B: Paul McCartney and John F. Kennedy Jr.
Type AB: Just like AB's uniqueness-it occurs in fewer than 5% of the population-you're self-stylized and inventive, according to Christiano. "You prefer to create your own way of doing things." For instance, you might propose a better way of doing a project at work.
The most recently developed of all the blood groups-tracing back to about 1000 years ago-AB is the most psychologically complex. You can be both technical and creative, according to Nomi. A natural entertainer, people are drawn to you. However, "you don't need to be with others to be happy-and often take time to be alone," Christiano adds.
In close relationships, you can be all business, then gushingly sentimental-frequent switching between the two. While you have patience for acquaintances, you can sometimes be too strict with yourself and those close to you. As a result, to others, you may seem to have two personalities: one for those "outside" and another for the people on the "inside" says Nomi.
Celebs with type AB: Thomas Edison, Marilyn Monroe, Jackie Chan
MY OPINION: I don't agree with the fact that blood type relates to personality, I only posted the article because it was intriguing. My blood assessment is pretty much true, except for the part about confidence and taking risks, but I still think that this is all a bunch of bologne. I'm a type O, just in case you were wondering. :)
